Clint Hagen

Clint Hagen has a strong background in IT, with experience in various roles and companies. Clint started their career as an Application Engineer at Next IT in 2006 and later became a Network Administrator. In 2008, they joined Next IT again as a Network Administrator, where they provided IT support and maintained server infrastructure. In 2011, Clint joined Wheatland Bank as a Network Administrator, later transitioning to a Senior Network Administrator role. Clint managed network and systems infrastructure supporting multiple locations and implemented software and applications. From 2015 to 2018, Clint worked at Lee & Hayes, P.C. as a Senior System Administrator, where they designed and maintained data center environments and supported end users. Currently, they are working at NEW Health since 2018, initially as an IT Manager responsible for various projects and staff, and then as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing operations.

Clint Hagen received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Networks and Mathematics from Whitworth University, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Clint has obtained several certifications, including "Putting ITIL® into Practice: Problem Management Techniques," "Managing Employee Performance Problems," "OneNote Tips and Tricks," "Microsoft 365 Essential Training for Administrators," and "Intro to Service Management with ITIL® 4." Clint's most recent certification was obtained in January 2023 from LinkedIn.
