Carolyn Morrison MBA, CSP, CMP is an experienced senior sales leader in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Sr. Sales Director at New Home Star since April 2024, focusing on sales initiatives for Maronda Homes in Columbus, Pittsburgh, and Cincinnati. Previously, Carolyn held significant roles including Division Vice President of Sales and Marketing at D.R. Horton, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Traditions of America, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Lokal Homes. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Vice President of Sales at Robson Communities, Director of Sales and Marketing at Lennar, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Standard Pacific Homes, and Vice President of Operations at Mattamy Homes. Carolyn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
