Ricardo Villarreal

Ricardo Villarreal is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both sales and program management. Currently serving as a New Home Sales Consultant with Maronda Homes and New Home Star since June 2022, Villarreal has transitioned from a career in defense consulting, previously holding positions such as Deployment Operations Program Manager at Defense Consulting Services, LLC, and Program Manager at Decypher from 2011 to 2022, where management of AF forces deployment requirements was a key responsibility. Villarreal’s earlier career includes serving in the United States Air Force as an Airborne Mission Systems Functional Manager and Operations Superintendent at the 965th Airborne Air Control Squadron. Villarreal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Park University and has furthered education at Champions School of Real Estate.
