Elizabeth Betancourt-Carrasquillo has extensive experience in social work and clinical roles, currently serving as a Psychiatric Social Worker at Catskill Regional Medical Center since November 2015, where responsibilities include insurance authorizations, discharge planning, and family counseling. Concurrently, Elizabeth has worked as a Clinician at New Hope Community, Inc. since June 2012, managing a caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities and developing behavior support plans. Previous roles include Clinical Case Manager at Lexington Center for Recovery, and Social Worker at Urban Justice Center, providing advocacy and support related to domestic violence and family court issues. Elizabeth holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from St. Thomas Aquinas College.
