Shane Flint

Shane Flint possesses extensive experience in environmental management and services, currently serving as General Manager for Technical Services and Land & Environment at New Hope Group since September 2018. Previous roles include Environmental Manager at Middlemount Coal Pty Ltd and various positions at Vale, including Environment, Health & Safety Principal and Group Environment Manager. Additionally, Shane held roles at Ensham Resources Pty Ltd, advancing from Environmental Officer to Environment Manager (Acting). Shane Flint earned a Bachelor of Agricultural Science in Natural Resources Management from The University of Queensland and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business, along with training from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
