Ryan Brown

Ryan Brown is a seasoned community manager with extensive experience in property management and resident services. Currently serving as Community Manager at New Hope Housing, Inc. since August 2022, Ryan oversees a 166-unit property dedicated to the very low-income and at-risk community, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring compliance with housing laws. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as Property Manager at Housing Management Resources, Inc. (February 2018 - June 2022), where responsibilities included financial management and tenant retention strategies. As a Housing Specialist for the City of Boston (April 2018 - November 2021), Ryan assisted seniors with housing-related issues and conducted educational presentations on housing policies. Additional experience includes roles as Group Manager at the MA Department of Youth Services and Audio Engineer at The Mix Loft and Drumroll Media. Ryan holds an Associate of Science degree in Audio Production from The New England Institute of Art.
