Sarcher Chase-Downing

Sarcher Chase-Downing has over 20 years of experience in community management and social services. Currently serving as Senior Community Manager at New Hope Housing, Inc. since August 2003, Sarcher is focused on addressing Houston's housing crisis through the development of affordable housing and supportive services for families, as well as single room occupancy properties for vulnerable adults. Previously, Sarcher contributed as an Americorp Member at Houston Reed Commission from February 2001 to February 2002, where teaching life skills and assisting with community events were key responsibilities.
