Lucinda P. has extensive experience in diverse roles since 1991, currently serving as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) at New Hope of Indiana. In addition, Lucinda has been a Ballet Instructor at The Next Step School of Dance since September 2003. Lucinda P. holds a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from IWU National & Global (2000-2001) and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.

New Hope of Indiana compassionately supports the most vulnerable in our community: those with disabilities, those dealing with poverty, and the underserved. Focusing on serving children and adults with developmental disabilities, New Hope regularly supports individuals with disabilities include intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, autism, epilepsy, spina bifida, and traumatic brain injuries.
