Kylene Robles is a professional with a background in compliance operations and economic research. Currently serving as an MPL Compliance Operations Analyst at New Horizon Bank since April 2024, Kylene previously held positions as an Impact Intern at Virginia Community Capital from June 2022 to April 2023 and as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at the University of Richmond, conducting research on the impact of economic inequality on poverty in OECD countries under the guidance of Dr. Andrea Waddle.
