Michael Theisen has extensive experience in marketing and education, currently serving as the Director of Marketing for Kids Quest since July 2008, where responsibilities include leading marketing operations and strategic communications for various resort casino locations. Prior roles encompass Strategic Marketing & Analytics Manager, Customer Relations Manager, and Operations Specialist, demonstrating expertise in data analytics, CRM management, and process improvement. In addition to corporate roles, Michael is a Community Faculty member at Metro State University, educating students in advertising and consumer behavior. Michael also holds the position of Collector in Chief at Bleacher League Sports, where efforts include developing an e-commerce platform. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Management from the University of Minnesota Crookston.
