Scott Nicholson currently serves as the Director of Facilities and Infrastructure at New Horizons and as the Real Estate Facilities Development Manager at Street Bean Coffee Roasters, a role that includes overseeing the real estate and facilities development for both organizations. In addition to managing existing locations, Scott is responsible for a facilities apprentice program aimed at aiding homeless young adults in developing trade skills and securing employment. Previously, Scott held positions as the Corporate Facilities Manager at Outerwall, Facilities Manager at Pathway Medical, and Facilities and Site Operations Director at City University, with extensive experience in real estate oversight, budget management, and strategic planning across multiple organizations. Scott holds a Master's degree in Ministry with a focus on Leadership from CBC.
