Lynn Xu

Lynn Xu currently serves as the Head of Operations Strategy at Horizons since October 2022, focusing on simplifying the hiring, onboarding, and payment processes for a global workforce across 150+ countries. Prior to this role, Lynn held various positions, including JV Deputy Manager at CNOOC Orion Technical Services Co., Ltd from March 2017 to September 2022, and Principal Consultant at both Orion Group and NES Global Talent, specializing in the energy sector. Lynn's early career included an Associate Consultant role at Tojob Media & Suffice Talent and a brief internship as HR Admin at EIZI Textile Co. Ltd. Lynn Xu completed a Bachelor's degree in International Economics & Trade from Sanda University between 2004 and 2008.
