In the disc golf industry, Robert excelled as Marketing Director at Dynamic Discs, where notable achievements included hosting popular podcasts and establishing strong relationships with professional athletes. Robert's early career in ministry at Westover Hills Church of Christ involved strategic planning and community outreach. Additionally, Robert contributed to higher education as an Admissions Counselor at Abilene Christian University, recruiting students and awarding prestigious scholarships. Robert holds a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth and Family Ministry from Abilene Christian University.
