Laura Noid, PHR has a wealth of work experience spanning over two decades. From 1998 to 2004, they worked in Human Resources roles at Avis and The Home Depot. Finally, from 2010 to the present, they have been the Vice President Employee Experience (HR) at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Southern California, where they created and developed a Human Resources Department from the ground up, enforced corporate Employee Relations programs, and coached Management teams.

Laura Noid, PHR, attended Irvine Valley College from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Digital Media Arts. Laura also attended University of Phoenix in 1999 and The University of Texas at Austin in 1998, where they received a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Art History. In 2009-2010, they attended New Horizons Computer Learning Centers to study Digital Media Arts.
