Mubarak Bawa SRMP has extensive experience in program operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations for New Incentives since July 2017. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing and implementing operations for the Conditional Cash Transfer project in public health clinics across Nigeria. Previous positions at New Incentives include Operations Coordinator and Deputy Operations Coordinator, where Mubarak focused on program expansion and clinic setup. As a State Field Manager, responsibilities involved ensuring staff compliance with organizational policies. Mubarak's earlier experience includes serving as State Data Focal Person for UNICEF from February 2015 to 2017. Mubarak Bawa holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
