Martin Soyka

Martin Soyka has extensive experience in software development, consulting, and operational management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at New Iron since October 2014 and as Director at Viridian Energy, where a grassroots approach to energy independence is emphasized. Previous roles include providing marketing solutions at GoMobile Solutions, senior IT consulting at Soyka Creative Solutions, Inc., and consulting at Isagenix focusing on health and nutrition. Martin served as Business Operations Manager at Savana's Gourmet Hot Dogs and Sausages, Inc., achieving significant cost reductions and profit improvements. A long tenure at IBM as an Advisory Programmer included architecting critical communication frameworks for manufacturing systems, complemented by earlier engineering roles at General Electric and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.
