Antigona Ashkar

Antigona Ashkar, Ph.D, is a Grants Manager for the Palestinian society in Israel at New Israel Fund. Antigona also serves as the Deputy Director of the Grants Department. Additionally, Antigona is the CEO of ANTIGONA-Management & Initiation LTD, where Antigona specializes in project management, consultancy for NGOs, events production, driving & theory lessons, music lessons, and more. Prior to these roles, Antigona held positions at various organizations such as Watar Music Center, Mashav-Applied Research, Atida, B'Tselem, and New Israel Fund. Antigona is a doctoral student in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and a Ph.D. candidate in Philanthropy and Management of Nonprofit & Community Organizations at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
