Thomas Shroba

Thomas Shroba has extensive experience in operations and project management within the water industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations - Strategic Projects at American Water since March 2024. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Senior Director of Field Operations and later Vice President of Operations at New Jersey American Water, starting in May 2009. Thomas earned a degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 1991 and 1997.
