Veronica Montagna

Veronica Montagna is a seasoned attorney and partner in the Corporate Group at McCarter & English, LLP, with a career spanning over two decades in corporate law. Starting as a corporate paralegal at Budd Larner and Lucent Technologies, Montagna transitioned to legal practice, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School. Montagna has been recognized for contributions to the New Jersey Bankers Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association, where involvement includes serving as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Banking Section. Additionally, Montagna was part of the Banking Editorial Advisory Board for Law360 from 2017 to 2021.
