Yuqing Tian

Yuqing Tian is a corporate counsel currently employed at New Jersey Community Capital since May 2023, with prior experience as an associate attorney at Convergent Law from November 2018 to May 2023 and as a staff attorney at Advocates for Justice from March 2017 to November 2018. Early legal career experiences include roles as a legal intern at the Asian American Bar Association of New York and the New York City Program on Finance & Law, as well as legal counsel at Smart Capital, Inc. Yuqing Tian also contributed to the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review as an associate and served as a student assistant at SUNY Buffalo Law School. A legal extern for the Erie County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project, Yuqing Tian also worked as a law clerk for Buffalo City Court. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Law and English from Minzu University of China.
