Hana Jeong Pak currently serves as a Judicial Law Clerk at the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division since August 2022, following a role as a Clinic Student in the Immigrants’ Rights/International Human Rights Clinic at Seton Hall University School of Law, where significant contributions were recognized with the Center for Social Justice Award. Experience also includes research and teaching assistance, focusing on investigative research related to Guantanamo detainees under Professor Mark Denbeaux. Prior internships include roles at the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey and The International Legal Foundation, as well as a Judicial Internship with the United States Courts.
