Kevin Monaghan

Kevin Monaghan is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in various law clerk and legal intern positions. Currently serving as a Law Clerk at the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division since August 2021, Kevin has accumulated significant legal experience through roles at prominent firms and courts, including Maitlin Maitlin Goodgold Brass & Bennett and McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. Previous internships have been conducted at Nestlé Health Science, the United States District Court, and the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, among others. Kevin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Interactive Multimedia from The College of New Jersey.
