Meghan Duggan

Meghan Duggan is a prominent figure in women's ice hockey and player development, currently serving as the Director of Player Development for the New Jersey Devils since May 2021. With extensive experience, Duggan has held leadership roles such as President of the Women's Sports Foundation and Board Member of USA Hockey, contributing to various committees focused on women's sports and athlete inclusion. A three-time Olympic medalist, Duggan captained the U.S. Women's National Team, securing a gold medal in 2018 and silver medals in 2010 and 2014. As a motivational speaker, Duggan addresses diverse audiences on topics including empowerment, resilience, and teamwork, and actively participates in various organizations aimed at promoting women's sports. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
