Montse Medina currently serves as the Coordinator of Guest Experience for the New Jersey Devils, bringing strong leadership and problem-solving skills to enhance team efficiency and workflow management at events. Montse has experience as a Supervisor for the 50/50 Raffle Tickets, leading a team while engaging directly with fans and overseeing sales processes. Previous roles include a Teaching Assistant at Am-Tree Developmental Nursery School, where responsibilities involved classroom management and student progress documentation, and serving as a District Leader at Primerica, focusing on financial analysis for clients. Montse has also worked as a Social Media Coordinator for SPANISH PRO FOOTBALL, creating and editing marketing content. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an Associate of Science from Bergen Community College.
