Steve Romano

Steven Romano serves as the Senior Manager and Team Lead for Premium Partnerships at the New Jersey Devils since February 2022, overseeing a team of five representatives while focusing on new business development. Previously, Steven was recognized as the MVP of the Premium Partnerships Department for the 2022-23 fiscal year and led the department in contractual revenue, contributing over $426,000. Before rejoining the New Jersey Devils in 2015, Steven was a Manager of Premium Sales at UBS Arena with Elevate Sports Ventures, where over $10 million in contractually obligated income was secured. Steven's earlier roles at the New Jersey Devils included Senior Account Executive and Business Development Account Executive, where performance consistently ranked among top revenue producers leading various sales initiatives. Steven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Monmouth University.
