Heather Noonan

Heather Noonan is currently an English Second Language Teacher at New Jersey Education Association since September 2019. Prior to this role, Heather worked as an ENL teacher at NYC Department of Education from September 2017 to September 2019. Noonan holds a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Hofstra University (2003) and a Bachelor's Degree in Music Teacher Education from Hofstra University (2000).
