Barry Eck, NJCEM, MEP, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Public Safety and Emergency Management Coordinator at Seton Hall University. Barry is also the President of the New Jersey Emergency Management Association. With extensive experience as a Fire and Emergency Services Instructor at Middlesex County Fire Academy, Detective and Patrol Officer at Sayreville Police Department, and Homeland Security and Emergency Management Coordinator at Sayreville Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management, Barry has a strong background in emergency management and public safety. Additionally, Barry previously held the role of Deputy Fire Coordinator at Middlesex County Office of Emergency Management.
