Brianne Donohue Callahan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental law and policy, currently serving as Senior Research Manager at The Water Center at Penn. In this role, Brianne manages the center's research portfolio, focusing on water affordability, infrastructure funding, emerging contaminants, and environmental justice. Prior to this position, Brianne held the role of Stormwater Manager at New Jersey Future and served as a Contract Attorney at Robert J. Malloy, Esquire PC, where responsibilities included legal research and contract management. As the Executive Director at Massachusetts Baykeeper, Brianne founded and led initiatives to protect Massachusetts Bay, overseeing legal agendas and community outreach. Complementary experiences include consulting work, insurance analysis at AIG, and positions at the US EPA and Delaware County Planning Department. Brianne holds a J.D. in Environmental, Governmental, and Real Estate Law from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
