Robert Garofalo

Robert Garofalo has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Robert started their career at JPMorgan Chase in 2000, where they served as an Executive Support/Systems Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and IT support for the Legal and Compliance department. Robert logged all tickets in a customized Lotus Notes database and performed hardware replacements on Dell desktops.

In 2007, Garofalo joined BNY Mellon | Pershing as a Senior Desktop Support Technician. Robert held this position for 15 years until 2022.

In 2022, they joined the New Jersey Innovation Institute (Health Care Division) as a Senior Field Services Engineer. Robert is currently working in this role.

In 2023, Garofalo will be joining Belleville High School as a Senior Information Technology Specialist.

Robert Garofalo completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Data Center Support from The Chubb Institute, although specific dates for this program are not provided.
