Melodi Guilbault

Melodi Guilbault is currently serving as the Associate Dean at the Martin Tuchman School of Management at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, a position held since August 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic and day-to-day operations as the principal administrator of academic programs. Prior experience at NJIT from July 2013 to August 2023 includes roles as Assistant Dean, focusing on administrative oversight of undergraduate programs, accreditation, and academic advising, as well as a faculty member dedicated to enhancing student learning. Previous positions include Chair and Professor at Warner University, faculty member at BCIT, and General Manager at AT&T. Melodi Guilbault holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Anderson University, an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
