Robert J. Lipka

Robert J. Lipka has extensive experience in educational leadership and workforce development, currently serving as Senior Apprenticeship Field Manager at the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP) since February 2019. Previously, Lipka held the position of Director of Corporate Learning Solutions at the New Jersey Institute of Technology from October 2017 to February 2019, where efforts focused on advancing continuing professional education. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Customized Training Solutions at the County College of Morris from November 2007 to September 2017, providing tailored training solutions to various sectors. Lipka holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has achieved fluency in German with a certification in German Cultural and Military Affairs from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
