Maria Diaz has extensive experience in the energy sector, beginning a career at New Jersey Resources in August 1994, where currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Prior to this role, Maria held the position of Manager of Damage Prevention & Safety Awareness at New Jersey Natural Gas from August 1994 until July 2021. Maria's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business and an Associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design, both obtained from Berkeley College.
