Bozena Sroka

Bozena Sroka, M.S. is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President & Controller of Finance at New Jersey Performing Arts Center. Prior to this, Bozena held the position of Controller at Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey and Accounting Manager at Beckerman Group | Antenna Group. Bozena has a Master of Science degree in Management with a specialization in Organizational Change Management from Saint Elizabeth University. Bozena's responsibilities have included developing Excel spreadsheet macros, reporting transactions, monitoring company expenses, communicating with financial institutions, ensuring compliance with financial transactions, assisting with payroll and tax processing, as well as performing general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
