Erica Sattin

Erica Sattin is a seasoned arts management professional with extensive experience in development and fundraising for cultural organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Foundation and Government Relations at New Jersey Performing Arts Center since July 2023, Erica previously worked at The Shed in New York as the Director of Leadership Support and established the foundation and government giving program. Prior experience includes roles at National Sawdust, where Erica founded the development department, and New York Public Radio, contributing to raising over $7 million annually. Erica's earlier positions included various roles at leading institutions such as the League of American Orchestras, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and American Express, complemented by a solid educational background with a BA in Sociology from Wesleyan University and an MA in Performing Arts Administration from New York University.
