Faith Taylor is the cofounder of Montclair State’s Global Human Trafficking Center. She is a Professor of Marketing and Management at the Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University teaching corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability and marketing. She previously served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Social Responsibility Officer at Wyndham Worldwide. At Wyndham, Faith led the company’s program policies, reporting, and strategies, which included creating their sustainability program, managing their foundation and overseeing wellness, diversity, human rights, ethics and responsible sourcing. The program was a recognized world leader by the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, Newsweek, FTSE4Good and Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index.
