Kristine Marrone has a strong background in education and program management. Kristine has held various roles at both The Newark Museum and New Jersey Performing Arts Center, focusing on education coordination, program management, and staff training. With a Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from Boston University, Kristine has displayed a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills in their work. Currently serving as the Director of CRM & Business Operations at NJPAC, Kristine oversees Salesforce projects and admin training, ensuring data integrity and efficient operations within the Arts Education Department. Prior to this, Kristine held roles such as Education Coordinator and Family Programs Coordinator at The Newark Museum, where Kristine developed and implemented various youth and family programs. Their experience in managing programs, budgets, and staff training make their a valuable asset in the field of education and arts administration.
