Andrew Westhoven

Andrew Westhoven has over 20 years of experience in engineering and project management. Andrew started their career at Challoner & Associates LLC as a Senior Engineer, where they managed and designed various land development projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and solar site development. Andrew also gained expertise in roadway design, sewer systems, water systems, and hydrology analysis. In 2011, they joined New Jersey Resources as a Project Manager, responsible for executing engineering and construction projects. Andrew then progressed to the role of Senior Project Manager, where they managed a technical team and oversaw the implementation of multiple commercial solar, wind, and CHP projects. Currently, Andrew is serving as the Director of Project & Engineering, where they are responsible for leading project initiatives and implementing program standards.

Andrew Westhoven attended the University of Dayton from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Andrew also holds a Professional Engineer certification.
