Larry Rutkowski is a seasoned legal professional and accomplished board member with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently, Rutkowski serves on the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Symphony and as a Board Member for Preserve Kiawah, Inc. and the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center, where Rutkowski also holds the position of Treasurer. Additionally, Rutkowski has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Charleston School of Law since 2015 and serves as Senior Counsel at Seward & Kissel LLP, contributing to the Transportation Finance Practice Group since 1992. Furthermore, Rutkowski is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for New York Maritime Inc. Rutkowski earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Political Science - Urban Affairs from the College of the Holy Cross.
