Annette Romano

Annette Romano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government, community relations, and human resources. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for Government & Community Relations at NJ TRANSIT since November 2018, Annette also holds the position of Township Committee Member for the Township of Millburn, NJ, starting in January 2023. As Chairman of the Board for the Millburn Short-Hills Democratic County Committee Inc. since June 2012, responsibilities include addressing local Democratic Party issues and candidate recruitment. Annette has previously worked in various roles, including Human Resources Liaison in the Office of Disabilities for Essex County and Director of Health & Safety at the American Red Cross. Annette holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associates Degree in Human Services.
