Jacqueline Foushee

Jacqueline Foushee, PE, CME, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Capital Projects & Programs for Light Rail Operations at NJ TRANSIT, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jacqueline was the Regional Client Manager at T&M Associates for a brief period and worked as the Municipal Business Administrator for the City of Rahway from February 2016 to December 2022, managing operations and budgets for the city and overseeing numerous municipal departments. Previous roles include Director of Community Development and City Engineer for the City of Rahway, Director of Public Works and Recreation, and City Engineer for the City of Trenton, as well as Senior Project Manager at Remington & Vernick Engineers, Project Engineer at Dewberry, and Principal Engineering Aide/Construction Inspector with the Housing Authority of the City of Newark. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
