Marc Tuozzolo

Marc Tuozzolo serves as the Senior Director of Capital Planning at NJ TRANSIT since April 2019, where significant achievements include the establishment of the agency's first 5-Year Capital Plan and the development of a transition roadmap for Zero Emission Technologies. Previously held roles include Deputy Project Manager at Aecom, Strategy Support for UITP, and Skills & Technology Manager for GERES in Afghanistan, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Public Administration in International Energy Management and Policy from Columbia University's SIPA and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
