Matthew Kochka

Matthew Kochka has over three decades of experience in procurement and network design, currently serving as the Manager of Procurement for Rail at NJ TRANSIT since February 2018, where responsibilities include soliciting quotations and performing vendor evaluations. Prior to NJ TRANSIT, Matthew spent 27 years at ADP, primarily as a Senior Buyer, overseeing purchases for data communications across multiple regions and negotiating favorable terms with lessors. Earlier experience includes the role of Contract Distribution Supervisor at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, managing contract functions and coordinating bid information. Matthew holds a BA in Business Administration and Management from New Jersey City University.
