Meghan Clark Umukoro

Meghan Clark Umukoro has extensive experience in governance and organizational operations, serving as Board Secretary at NJ TRANSIT since April 2003 while also holding numerous related positions including Director of Board Operations and Assistant Board Secretary. With a strong background in managing Board processes, Meghan has played a critical role in liaising between the Board of Directors and staff, facilitating meetings, and guiding policy discussions.
