Dr. Christopher Sefcheck

Superintendent Of Schools at New Kensington-Arnold SD

Dr. Chris Sefcheck currently serves as the Superintendent of Schools for New Kensington-Arnold School District since July 2021. Previously, Dr. Sefcheck held the position of Superintendent at Beth Center School District from April 2018 to June 2021 and was the High School Principal at West Jefferson Hills School District between July 2014 and April 2018, where responsibilities also included serving as Curriculum Coordinator. Additional roles include Principal at Frazier High School (August 2011 - July 2014) and Adjunct Professor at California University of Pennsylvania, teaching Science Education for both bachelor and master level certification from September 2010 to May 2012. Dr. Sefcheck began the educational career as a Science Teacher in the Clark County School District, specializing in Advanced Placement Biology, Biology Honors, and Environmental Science from October 1997 to August 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from PennWest California, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from PennWest California.
