Aimee Walters is a marketing educator and professional with extensive experience in various roles within education and marketing. Currently serving as a Marketing Teacher at New Kent County Public Schools since August 2023, Aimee has previously held positions as Marketing Manager for VCU Continuing and Professional Education from 2015 to 2023 and as Marketing Education Coordinator at Hanover County Public Schools from 2008 to 2015, where Aimee also acted as DECA advisor and co-op coordinator. Earlier career stages include the position of Director of Marketing & Communications at Goodwill Industries from 1999 to 2008 and several marketing roles at Kings Dominion, contributing to operations and promotions. Aimee's educational background includes an M.B.A. in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.F.A. from the same institution, complemented by a Teacher Preparation Program at Old Dominion University.

New Kent County Public Schools serve the students of New Kent County, a rural community nestled between the cities of Richmond and Williamsburg. NKCPS delivers instruction to approximately 3300 students in grades pre-K through 12.
