Ann Shuk

Ann Shuk has a diverse work experience in various roles. Ann started their career as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota, where they gained leadership and communication skills. Ann then joined New Land Enterprises as a Condominium Sales and Closing Manager, where they were responsible for handling sales and closings of new construction condominium developments. Later, they became a Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of 400+ vintage apartments and assisting with lease-up efforts for new construction apartment developments. Recently, they have been working as an HR Director at New Land Enterprises. Their experience includes managing staff, working on new projects and developments, and communicating directly with the company's partners.

Ann Shuk attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
