Cole Daily

Cole Daily is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and leadership within the natural and organic product industry. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at New Leader Manufacturing since December 2023, Cole previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Starwest Botanicals, Inc. from January 2022 to April 2024. Cole's extensive tenure at Frontier Co-op from January 2000 to December 2020 included roles such as Executive Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Global Sourcing, and Vice President of Operations, where significant achievements included leading 400 reports across various departments and returning a struggling company to profitability within two years. Cole, an Inside Director on the Board of Directors, contributed to the establishment of strategic vision during challenging periods. Cole earned an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a BA in Business and History from Coe College.
