Aj Henriques

AJ Henriques is a versatile professional with experience in software engineering and writing. As a contributing writer for PopMatters since March 2008, AJ has provided occasional music reviews, blogs, and features, following a previous role as a staff writer focusing on weekly music reviews and feature articles. Currently serving as a software engineer at New Leaders since September 2009, AJ specializes in Ruby on Rails and iOS development. Previous experience includes a senior software engineer position at Granicus, Inc., where responsibilities included developing an iOS legislative meeting app and enhancing the Citizen Engagement app. AJ also held the role of chief innovation officer at Dibbs from January 2011 to August 2013, spearheading app redesigns and introducing Ruby on Rails to the company.
