Bianca Harris

Bianca Harris, Ed. D, serves as a Graduate School Instructor and School Leadership Coach at New Leaders since October 2022, where instruction is provided to aspiring school leaders at Howard University and Clark Atlanta University. As the founder and CEO of a private school and with comprehensive experience in various educational roles, including Chief Program Officer at the Education Foundation of Sarasota County and School Principal at Charter Schools USA, Bianca focuses on leadership development and educational accountability. Current consultancy work through Dr. Bianca Harris Consulting, LLC, complements extensive training background, which includes a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Walden University and ongoing pursuit of a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration from Louisiana State University. Bianca’s commitment to enhancing educational experiences for vulnerable populations is demonstrated throughout a diverse career in administration and training within the education sector.
