Dr. Michelle Edwards

Dr. Michelle Edwards is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in educational leadership, coaching, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Antioch Baptist Church in Fairfax Station, VA, Dr. Edwards provides strategic leadership and development support for the Office of the Senior Pastor. In addition, Dr. Edwards holds multiple roles, including National Aspiring Principals Fellowship Instructor and Adjunct Faculty Leadership Coach at New Leaders, Executive Coach at Access Coaching Collective, Adjunct Faculty at the University of Virginia, and Chief Executive Officer at The Idari Collective. A former Executive Director at Live It Learn It, Dr. Edwards has a robust background in leadership coaching and development from roles at New Leaders for New Schools and Trinity Washington University. Dr. Edwards holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and various other qualifications, including certificates in Trauma Sensitive Schools and Executive Coaching.
